A man suffered a 'puncture wound' to his arm after having a knife thrown at him during a row.Police were called out to Wellington Street in Hanley at 8.30pm following reports from the victim claiming he had been stabbed during a dispute.Taser-trained cops say that on arrival a 28-year-old woman, thought to be suffering from some mental health issues, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
