A man has been charged with theft after a bag was allegedly taken from a train at Crewe station.

Thug fractured man's skull with one punch
VIOLENT Nicholas Aitken left a man with a fractured skull and a blood clot on his brain after punching him outside a city nightclub.
The 26-year-old hit truck driver Peter Durber once outside The Underground in Hanley, leaving him unconscious. The victim has been unable to work since.

COCAINE dealer Dannie Lea sent texts to more than 80 people offering to supply them with the class A drug.
The 24-year-old, who has been using the drug since he was aged 15 and at one stage had a £150 to £200-a-day habit, was arrested after police raided his Milton home.

A TEENAGE reveller was grabbed around the neck and punched by two taxi drivers before being robbed of £20.
Cabbies Zazakat Mohammed and Raheel Ahmed carried out the attack after a row over a fare from Hanley to Sandbach.
