A NURSE has denied causing the death of a woman who travelled from Ireland for an abortion in England. Gemma Pullen, of Birches Head Road, Birches Head, is charged with the manslaughter of Aisha Chithira through gross negligence. The 32-year-old has been charged alongside fellow nurse Margaret Miller and Dr Adedayo Adedeji. At a brief hearing at the Old Bailey in London before Judge Charles Wide, all three denied killing Ms Chithira. A six-week trial has already been scheduled to start...
