LANDLORD Melvyn Trow has hit out at the justice system after nobody was convicted for torching his pub's iconic three-wheeler van. The Reliant Robin – which has become one of Stoke-on-Trent's most instantly recognisable landmarks on top of Oggy's Bar in Hanley – was set alight in January.
