LANDLORD Melvyn Trow has hit out at the justice system after nobody was convicted for torching his pub's iconic three-wheeler van.
The Reliant Robin – which has become one of Stoke-on-Trent's most instantly recognisable landmarks on top of Oggy's Bar in Hanley – was set alight in January.
Police had previously charged 35-year-old Andrew Palethorpe, of Royston Walk, Longton, with arson.

HEROIN addict Samantha Davy has been jailed after she drove dangerously twice on the same day.
The 29-year-old was banned from the roads when she drove through Bentilee, hitting another car before crashing into a bollard.
About two hours later she drove the car on its rims as it had no front tyres.
